About the owner.
Mark Combs began adjusting homeowner insurance claims for State Farm in 2000. Since then he has worked in various roles in the restoration industry as an estimator, contents specialist, catastrophe adjuster, and as a Licensed General Contractor beginning in 2015. In addition to holding several certifications from IICRC for structural restoration, Mark is a HAAG Certified Roof Inspector, a certified Subrogation Arbitrator and a certified Appraiser and Umpire. An avid scuba diver, Mark is a PADI Divemaster and served in the US Army in Germay at the end of the Cold War, then in Iraq during Operation Desert Storm where he was awarded The Bronze Star Medal. Mark is a California native, born and raised in the San Fernando Valley.
